Ben + Emily Elope in the North Cascades - Washington State

Ben and Emily called this their “3.0” wedding. First plan was to get married in a brewery in Chicago, then they changed their plans to getting married in downtown Seattle, and then we all know what happened (Covid - YUCK) and they opted for an elopement with friends on a mountain. The hike was supposed to take an hour, and they said “nah we’re really fast hikers” and we were up that thing in 25 minutes. Some of us huffing and puffing, and others not. I’ll let you decide who was who.

My favorite lines from his vows to her “I promise to push you to be your best even when you’re not sure you can be”. And I’m not sure if I’ve heard a sweeter line.
